Delivery and Shipping

 

Delivery Time

On our website, we specify the delivery time for each product. Products in stock are shipped as soon as possible. Orders placed before noon are dispatched the same day. In the Netherlands, you can generally expect your order to arrive the following business day. For other European countries, there is a longer delivery time of 3-5 business days. Products currently not in stock have a delivery time of 4-6 weeks.

 

Shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders.

 

Order Status

Orders within the Netherlands are primarily shipped through TransMission. Orders to other European countries are mainly shipped through DHL. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link with a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your order.

 

Changing or Cancelling

If your order has not yet been shipped, you have the option to change or cancel it. Contact our customer service:

Not at Home

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, please schedule a new delivery appointment within 5 days. You will receive a notice in your mailbox if you are not at home.

 

Orders Outside the EU

For orders outside the European Union, there may be customs and import duties applicable, depending on the local regulations in the destination country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount in advance, as they vary by country. Customs and import duties are to be paid directly to the delivery service or customs office upon receipt of the order.

Returns

 

Returning Items

You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging.

 

Once we receive your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase. The return costs are € 2,99 per order, excluding manufacturing defects and transportation damages.

Through the return portal you find the return instructions and receive your return label.

 

Reporting Damage

We package our products with great care, but unfortunately, accidents can happen during transportation. If your product has arrived damaged, we kindly request a notifaction within 48 hours (no later than 14 days) with a photo.

Please indicate this via our return portal (https://spinderdesign.shipping-portal.com/rp/) or send an email with a photo of the damage and your order number to service@spinderdesign.com.

 

My Package is Too Large to Return Myself

If your package is too large to return on your own, you can indicate this when requesting your return. We will then contact you via email to arrange a pickup at your home.
